How We Can Help

Some Doing partners with New England nonprofits to design, build, and maintain the digital tools that keep things moving—websites, outreach systems, donor communications, and more.

Whether you’re just starting out or trying to keep up, we’ll meet you where you are and set up systems that support your mission—and save your team time.

Website Design & Launch Support

Website Design, Development, and Support for Nonprofits

wHAT YOU GET

We design and build fast, functional websites for small nonprofits—complete with donation tools, analytics, and the infrastructure you need to grow. Whether you’re starting fresh or rebuilding something messy, we’ll create a site that’s easy to manage, communicates your mission clearly, and supports your work behind the scenes.

hOW IT WORKS

Website design and development: A custom-built WordPress site using the Kadence theme, tailored to your content, goals, and user experience needs.

Mission-driven copywriting: We’ll write or refine your site’s core content to reflect your voice, clarify your impact, and guide supporters to take action.

Analytics and CRM setup: Integration with Google Analytics and your CRM to track engagement and connect with supporters effectively.

SEO foundations: Every site includes baseline SEO best practices—page titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, and clean structure.

Training & support: We’ll walk you through how to manage your new site confidently and offer ongoing care if needed.

Volunteer Recruitment & Management

Attract, Organize, and Onboard Volunteers—Without the Headaches

wHAT YOU GET

We help nonprofits bring clarity and structure to their volunteer outreach—from writing better role descriptions to setting up tools that make onboarding simple. Whether you’re struggling to recruit, losing track of applicants, or tired of emailing back and forth, we’ll set you up with a system that works (and lasts).

hOW IT WORKS

Volunteer role development & listings: We’ll help you define and write clear, compelling volunteer positions that align with your real needs and capacity.

Application and management system setup: We’ll design a streamlined application process—via WordPress forms, microsite, or third-party tool—and help you manage it with the right system (like Bugle or Golden) to track signups and keep things organized.

Promotion & outreach support: We’ll post your opportunities on popular volunteer platforms and help you spread the word across email and social media.

Volunteer onboarding materials: Customizable welcome emails, volunteer handbooks, and intake forms that make getting involved easy and respectful of everyone’s time.

Donor & Supporter Communications

Keep Donors, Volunteers, and Community Members Engaged—Without Doing It All Yourself

wHAT YOU GET

Nonprofits thrive on relationships—but it’s hard to stay in touch when you’re already stretched thin. We help you set up and manage communications that keep your supporters informed, appreciated, and involved—without adding a mountain of to-dos to your plate.

hOW IT WORKS

Email campaigns and newsletters: We’ll help you write, design, and send the updates your supporters actually want to read—from monthly newsletters to fundraising appeals.

Automated thank-you workflows: Set it and forget it. We’ll build email sequences that send warm, timely messages after someone donates, signs up, or gets involved.

Event and campaign communications: From one-day events to seasonal giving drives, we’ll create the content and workflows to promote, remind, and follow up.

Content calendar creation: We’ll map out a sustainable, flexible calendar for emails, blog posts, and outreach—so you never have to start from scratch again.
